Dry Ice Blasting Benefits

A dry cleaning process
Dry ice blasting is a completely dry process because dry ice pellets are made from COz, and vaporise immediately on contact with the surfaces to be treated.

No waste disposal
The system produces no waste products. Only the coating that has been removed needs to be disposed of, and this is usually swept or vacuumed from the floor.

Enviromentaly-freindly
Dry ice blasting is completely nontoxic and no hazardous chemicals are used.

Gentle
Dry ice blasting is non-abrasive and thus surfaces are treated gently. Wear and tear resulting from the use
of steel brushes, scrapers and other blasting materials is avoided.

Improved production quality
Dry ice blasting often allows the client's production equipment to be cleaned whilst in operation. This means no dismantling and costly downtime.

Fast and effective
The combination of extremely high cleaning speeds and a wide range of nozzles means that even normally inaccessible parts can be rapidly cleaned.

Lower Costs
Decreased downtime. Increased product quality. Clean on-site without dismantling. Reduced cleaning and maintenance payroll cost. No need for hazardous chemicals and solvents.
